13.9 Recognition of pre-service as an early childhood teacher in Derkzeit (viii) Part-time work that agrees to work longer than normal hours is paid at normal hours for up to eight hours, provided that the additional working time is done during normal hours of early service. None of the part-time workers can work more than eight hours a day without overtime being paid at the rates prescribed in paragraph 21 – interest on overtime and penalties – educators.
